I have read and agree to GeelongPort's Filming and Photography conditions detailed below.
Media and organisations approved to film and photograph at GeelongPort must be aware of the following requirements:
• GeelongPort’s Corporate Affairs team will have a representative present throughout the shoot.
• GeelongPort will give final approval of the imagery/vision being published once it is produced.
• Filming and photography applicants need to hold the appropriate insurances.
• All personnel involved in shoot will need to complete a visitor induction and agree to the terms and conditions for access to GeelongPort.
• If organisations are seeking to film specific operations relating to a certain vessel or delivery, the requesting organisation must also seek and provide filming approval from the parties (eg. the contracted stevedoring company, the haulage company etc.) involved to ensure they approve of their personnel and processes being filmed prior to GeelongPort providing approval.
